Our Team.

Nick Lardo is a Managing Director at Speyside Equity, where he is responsible for sourcing, executing, managing, and exiting investments. Nick has previously held private equity and operational leadership roles, and he currently serves on the Boards of several portfolio companies.

Before joining Speyside Equity, Nick worked in private equity at Brazos Private Equity Partners and Harvest Partners. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking at The Blackstone Group and later served as Chief Financial Officer for a Tier 1 supplier to Caterpillar and other major OEMs.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Nick obtained his MBA from Harvard Business School.
