At one time, Sweet Ovations had one of the largest and most experienced research and development teams in the country, focused intently on trends in fruit and non-fruit preparations, product integrity and consistency, the sourcing of premium quality ingredients, and the ability to build custom solutions for each customer. Speyside Equity exited Sweet Ovations in 2012.
